摘要无缝钢管的超声波探伤机械传动机构与检测机构的设计涉及到机械专业的众多专业知识,整机结构主要由电动机、水池、水泵、传动带、减速机构、链轮、辊道、卡盘等构成。一方面由电
动机产生动力通过带轮减速器将需要的动力传递到带轮上,带轮带动减速装置 ,减速装置将动力输出到卡盘上面,使超声波探头高速转动;另一方面电动机产生动力通过链轮将动力输出到辊道上,带动钢管在辊道上前进,通过限位装置进入水池,从而实现整个系统的运转检测。47192

Abstract Design of ultrasonic flaw detection and mechanical transmission mechanism of seamless steel pipe involves numerous mechanical engineering expertise, the whole structure is mainly composed of motor, reservoirs, pumps, belts, gear, sprocket, roller, chuck and so on.
