摘要本毕业设计的题目是设计六连杆机械压力机并对其进行运动分析和仿真。研究的主要意义在于在研究六连杆机械压力机机构尺寸参数、运动分析等的基础上,验证六连杆机械压力机优越于曲柄滑块机械压力机的地方。 本文首先阐述了多连杆机械压力机研究现状,在此基础上对6300KN 的闭式四点六连杆机械压力机的主要结构和传动系统进行了设计。设计中主要包括:六连杆机械压力机机构的运动分析、六连杆机械压力机机构的静力学分析、传动系统的设计计算和六连杆压力机机构的仿真。 本文对六连杆机械压力机机构的设计采用的是参数化设计,用 MATLAB 软件绘制六连杆机械压力机的位移、速度和加速度变化曲线。其次采用 SolidWorks软件建立三维模型,将其导入 ADAMS 软件进行仿真,将得到的结果与理论值进行比较,将对六连杆机械压力机的改进有指导意义。48058

Title Kinematic analysis and Simulation of six link mechanical press
Abstract The topic of this graduation design is to design the six link mechanical press and to analyze the motion of the press and simulation. The main significance of the study is to verify the place where the six link mechanical press is superior to crank slide block machine press. Firstly, this paper describes the research status of the multilink mechanical press. Then, the main structure and transmission system of the 6300KN closed four point six link mechanical press are designed on the basis of the research status. The design mainly includes: kinematic analysis of mechanism of six link mechanical press, the static analysis of the mechanism of the six link mechanical press, design calculation of transmission system and simulation of six link press mechanism. In this paper, we use the parametric design to design the six link mechanical press, then we use MATLAB software to draw the curves of the displacement, velocity and acceleration of the six link mechanism. Secondly, we use SolidWorks software to establish a three-dimensional model and the ADAMS software is introduced to emulate. The results will be compared with the theoretical value and this will have a guiding significance to the improvement of the six link mechanical press.
