摘要凸轮机构是工程中用以实现机械化和自动化的一种重要驱动和控制机构。为了提高产品的质量和生产率,对机械设备的性能提出了更高的要求,就凸轮而言,必须进一步提高其设计水平,在解析法的基础上开展计算机辅助设计的研究。49543

    论文介绍了凸轮设计的步骤,基于解析法设计凸轮的原理,将平面凸轮机构设计与再现函数的平面连杆机构设计统一为同一种方法,运用圆向量函数建立代换机构的位移、速度、加速度矢量方程式,由此展开凸轮理论廓线、实际廓线、曲率半径和压力角的求解,并针对工作要求分别设计出了滚子、平底、摆杆几种常见的平面凸轮针和特定轨迹的凸轮一连杆组合机构设计。凸轮一连杆组合机构设计,文中首先选取轨迹上有代表性的节点,采用曲线拟合法绘出光滑的轨迹曲线,进而具体分析从动件的位移、类速度、类加速度,最后对凸轮一连杆组合机构进行设计。

该论文利用已有的理论曲线函数在MatLab中编程生成数据点,导入SolidWorks,生成具有封闭连续轮廓线的凸轮,再利用SolidWorks的COSMOS/Motion插件进行运动仿真,生成相应的从动件位移、速度及加速度曲线图,形象直观地得到凸轮轮廓曲线性能的优劣性。此方法计算简便,效果良好,且具有较强的实用性。

Abstract The cam mechanism is an important project for mechanization and automation drive and control mechanism. A higher demand on the performance of the machinery and equipment in order to improve product quality and productivity, a higher demand on the cam, we must further raise design standards, computer-aided design studies carried out on the basis of the analytical method. 

This paper introduces the steps of the cam design, planar cam mechanism design based on the principle of analytical design of the cam, and the reproduction function of Planar Linkage unified the same way, the use of circle vector function to establish the substitution bodies of displacement, velocity, acceleration vector equation, thus giving rise to the cam theoretical contour, the solution of the actual profile, the radius of curvature and the pressure angle for the work requirements were to design a roller, flat, the pendulum plane cam pin and the specific trajectory of the cam The combination of a connecting rod mechanism design. Cam combination of a connecting rod mechanism design, in the first track is selected representative node, using curve fitting to draw a smooth trajectory curve, and the na concrete analysis of the displacement of the follower, class rate, class acceleration, and finally on the cam linkage combined institutions design. 

The paper using existing theoretical curve function to generate data points in MatLab programming, import the SolidWorks to generate closed continuous contour cam, re-use SolidWorks' COSMOS / Motion plug-in, motion simulation,and generate the follower displacement, velocity and the acceleration curve to visualize the pros and cons of the cam profile performance. This method is simple, works well, and with a strong practical.
