摘要船用固桩架是自升式海洋平台升降系统中的重要组成部分,是一个结构复杂,承受重载的大型海洋装置的机械结构,其强度大小对海洋平台整体的安全性具有极其重要的影响。在高达数千吨的负载长时间作用下,固桩架出现屈服破坏的可能性较大,尤其是用于升降装在固桩架上的轴承部位,因为自升式海洋平台是利用固桩架和齿轮将长达50几米的桩腿升到固定的位置,所以必须要对该结构进行强度校核,以保证其能正常的工作。另外固桩架的尺寸也非常庞大,下文的实例中的固桩架就是一个7500×8400×9000(cm)的相对较大的机械结构,因此它的质量也很重,所以说减轻它的质量以节省材料也是一个要研究的问题。本文以一自升式海洋平台中的固桩架为例,对其进行优化,主要是以减轻重量为目的,并且减轻重量的同时,改变其加强筋,然后用ANSYS软件对改变后的固桩架进行有限元分析,与先前的作比较,优化出一个质量较轻且能正常工作的固桩架。其中涉及到的模型都用PRO/E软件去建模的。50070
本文提出的固桩架ANSYS分析法实用,简便,对海洋平台的结构设计和安全评估具有一定的实际参考价值。

In which involves the model all uses PRO the E software to go to the modeling. This article proposed the solid pile frame ANSYS analytic method is practical, simple, has certain actual reference value to the sea platform structural design and the security evaluation.
