摘要可再生能源的发展已是大势所趋,鉴于海上风能资源丰富、主导风向稳定、风速大、不占用土地资源、环境影响小的优点,海上风电发展迅速。由于海上环境较陆地更为恶劣及海里经常出现大风大浪,这就对海上风电吊装设备提出更高的要求。目前我国安装大吨位的风电组的海上风电吊装设备还不理想,本文将重点研究风电吊装船主吊机人字架结构,对其进行有限元静力分析,通过强度和刚度分析,优化人字架结构。50223
首先对风电吊装船主吊机不同人字架结构用三维建模软件Pro/E进行建模,在这个过程中需要对风电吊装船主吊机人字架的结构有一定的了解;其次对风电吊装船主吊机人字架结构进行受力分析,以明确不同工况下人字架地不同受力情况,以确定静力分析的受力情况。最后用有限元软件ANSYS进行有限元分析。对不同结构的人字
架进行刚度和强度比较,并进行模态分析,从而确定最合理有效的人字架结构。

Abstract
The development of sustainable energy has already formed a trend, considering the advantages of the ample resources of the wind, the stability of wind direction, the saving of land resources and the factor of environmentally-friendly, the offshore wind power develops rapidly. As the marine environment is even worse than the land and sea frequent storms also demand on the higher requirements of offshore wind power equipment. At present, the installation of China's wind power large tonnage group of offshore wind power lifting equipment is not ideal, this article will focus on wind power lifting crane owner RENZI frame structure, analyzing it with analysis, through the strength and stiffness analysis, optimizing RENZi frame structure.
First, make the model of wind power lifting crane different structures of RENZI frame by three-dimensional modeling software Pro / E, in this process the concerning people should have a knowledge of this structure.Second, analyze the structure of the RENZI frame to determine the different loading conditions of different working conditions and static analysis of the forces.Finally, use the ANSYS to compare the differences in stiffness and strength of different RENZI frames and take Modal analysis to determine the most reasonable and effective structure.
The main topic of offshore wind power is used to overcome some technical problems hoisting crane ship through different structures RENZI frame static analysis, optimization of offshore wind power lifting crane owner RENZI frame structure, promoting the development of China's offshore wind power technology to crane hoisting owners.
