摘要本文是基于南海4号自升式钻井平台悬臂梁为研究对象,参照它的数据进行自己悬臂梁的设计,然后建立三维模型对其进行有限元的分析计算,在此基础上进行悬臂梁的静力分析和可靠性分析。
首先本文需要收集有关自升式钻井平台悬臂梁大量的数据资料,通过研究这些收集到的资料分析悬臂梁结构各个区域之间的关系,然后在此基础上,进行PRO/E模型的建立。绘制出悬臂梁的三维模型,最后运用ANSYS软件进行悬臂梁的有限元分析、静力分析,得到最后的分析结果。通过这结果找到悬臂梁易坏的部分,从而可以进一步的研究悬臂梁的可靠性。50237
对于悬臂梁的研究,采用有限元分析法已经走得很远了,但是在研究过程中也存在着许多不足的方面,需要在不断地摸索中前进。

Abstract
This article is based on the South China Sea on the 4th cantilever jack-up drilling platform , with reference to it, I create my own design of cantilever , and then build three-dimensional finite element model of its analysis and calculation, and then carry out the static cantilever force analysis and reliability analysis. Cantilever design data used mostly existing collection cantilever jack-up data derived, based on the data collected I build PRO / E model, and then mixed the model with ANSYS conducted finite element analysis.
First, we need to gather large amount of information about the cantilever jack-up drilling platform, collected through the study of these data analysis cantilever structure the relationship between the various regions, on this basis, we can use PRO / E software for three-dimensional model of the cantilever to facilitate our analysis of the final calculation, then we can get the final results of the analysis. This results in easily will be found by bad part cantilever, the cantilever can be further studies reliability.
For cantilever study using finite element analysis method has been very far away, but in the course of the study, there are also many deficiencies, wo should catch more and more mains with the study of cantilever jack-up drilling platform
