摘要薄壁不锈钢管卡压式连接在工程建设中应用广泛,但对卡压机制研究较少。因为管道的材料、用途、性能等不同,其连接方式也不尽相同,本文介绍了管道的卡压式连接技术,该方法安装简洁、方法简单。采用卡压式连接方法施行管道连接时,需通过液压装置输出的液压油来驱动专用的加载装置对卡压钳进行加载,利用卡钳口的密封面使管道产生弹塑性变形,从而实现管道密封。论文主要完成如下工作:50292
首先在了解国内外相关研究技术与发展情况的基础上,分析卡压式管道连接的原理和密封机理,并依据连接管材的技术要求,以DN25薄壁不锈钢管为对象,提出总体设计方案,并在总体方案的基础上对卡钳结构进行设计。
在此基础上,对卡压接头的稳定性和卡压过程中的受力进行分析,利用三维造型软件构建出实体并模拟其连接过程;同时通过Abaqus软件分析卡压钳口的应力与应变,找出最大应力与受力点,完成了卡压钳口的研制。
通过对管道卡压接头的密封实验和连接实验,把实验结论与有限元分析的结论进行对比分析,从而验证了卡钳结构设计的合理性,有限元分析结果的正确性以及钢管的良好密封性能。

Abstract
Thin-walled stainless steel pressure connection is widely used in engineering construction,but the compression mechanism research. Because of the pipeline material,use,performance is different,its connection way is endless also and same,this paper introduces the card type pipeline connection technology,the method of simple installation,simple method. The connecting clamping connection method execution pipelines,the hydraulic oil hydraulic device output to drive the loading device dedicated to card loading clamp pressure,the sealing surface of the pipeline card jaw elastic-plastic deformation,so as to realize the pipeline seal. The paper mainly completes the following work:
Based on the understanding of domestic and foreign related research and development situation, analysis of the principle of clamping pipe connection and sealing mechanism,and based on the requirement of pipe connection technology,DN25 thin stainless steel pipe as the object,puts forward the overall design scheme,and the design to the caliper structure based on collectivity scheme.
On this basis,force analysis to stability of compression joint and compression process,construct entity and simulating its connection process using three-dimensional modeling software; and through Abaqus software analysis clamping jaw of the stress and strain,to find out the maximum stress and the stress point,we finished the clamping jaw.
Through the pipeline compression joint seal test and connection test,the conclusion of the experiment and finite element analysis results are compared and analyzed,which verify the rationality of the caliper structure design,good sealing performance,the results of finite element analysis is correct and the pipe.
