摘要现代制造工业逐渐朝着高效、高精度和低成本的方向发展,锯削作为金切加工的第一步工序,是零件加工过程中的重要环节。目前,国际船舶市场竞争越来越激烈,并且船用螺旋桨尺寸越来越大。这就需要专门的船用螺旋桨加工设备。因此,如何保证和提高船用螺旋桨产品设计、制造质量已成为增强造船企业竞争能力的关键问题。50669
锯床的行式主要有弓锯床,圆锯床以及带锯床,由于带锯床具有效率高、精度高等特点,因此,我们选择设计一台带锯床用于加工大型螺旋桨。为保证锯削的精度,本文最终选择设计一台双立柱大型卧式带锯床。首先,我们收集大量大型带锯床的相关资料,用于了解传统船用螺旋桨切割锯床的构造,然后确定设计和改造方案。本文所设计的大型带锯床适用于大型螺旋桨的加工;适合不同直径螺旋桨的加工;在传统的机构上作出某些部分的改进和结构上的优化,使锯床加工更加便捷,更加高效,加工精度更高。以满足现代科技发展的要求。
实际表明,本次设计可以顺利达到设计任务的要求,完成螺旋桨的切割,同时提高了加工效率。

The design of band sawing machine which is used to cut large propeller is introduced in this article . First of all, understand the traditional construction of the Marine propeller cutting saw machine, then,determine the design and retrofit scheme. The article is related to a processing large propeller band sawing machine which is suitable for machining propellers of different diameter Making improvements and structure optimization in traditional institutions does good to making sawing machine processing more convenient, more efficient, machining accuracy higher.In this way,we can meet the demands of the development of modern science and technology.
Results show that this design can smoothly achieve the requirement of the design task and complete screw cutting, at the same time ,the processing efficiency is improved.
