摘要现代战争的发展,需要大容量弹匣,螺旋弹鼓因此出现,螺旋弹鼓的原理,螺旋弹鼓的优缺点,螺旋弹鼓在国内外的发展现状,本课题要研究的问题和采用的手段,64式7.62mm微声冲锋弹,螺旋槽进行定位和导向,螺旋弹鼓总体方案选择,主要零件为内部旋转体、中轴、外筒和圆柱扭转弹簧,采用销定位,确定各个零部件和输弹口的外形和尺寸,考虑子弹的受力情况,螺旋弹鼓的供弹及时性,弹簧的参数问题。用autocad软件画出二维工程图,用solidworks软件绘制三维立体图,对设计的结果进一步思考,发现问题并优化设计方案。59608

Title Spiral Drum for 64 Micro Sound Bombs
Abstract With the development of modern warfare, a large-capacity magazine is needed, Led to the emergence of spiral drum. Describing the working principle of the spiral drum, the advantages and disadvantages of the spiral drum , the development status at home and abroad .Clarifying the problems the subject wants to study and the means to solve the problems .The spiral drum is for 1964 type 7.62mm silenced assault shells . Spiral groove is use for positioning and orientation, The paper also containing the selection of the overall program , the main part of the spiral drum are the internal rotating body, the central axis of the outer cylinder and cylindrical torsion springs. using pin positioning, identifying the various parts and Ramming mouth shape and size, considering the force of bullets, spiral drum shells for the bomb timeliness spring parameters of the problem. Drawing dimensional engineering drawings by using autocad software and using solidworks software to draw three-dimensional map. Going further reflection on the results of the design ,then identify problems and optimize the design.
