随着汽车工业的飞速发展,低成本、高效率的设计方法越来越受到重视,CAD技术的出现正好顺应了这一潮流。参数化设计可以说是CAD技术的核心,大大降低了设计人员的劳动强度,减少了许多建模的重复工作,提高了产品的开发效率。 本文根据已知的整车参数完成了差速器齿轮的设计计算。根据汽车齿轮设计计算理论,确定优化设计目标函数和对应的约束方程,建立了齿轮优化设计数学模型,运用数学软件 MATLAB对该数学模型求解。利用背锥原理在CATIA 软件的相关模块中实现了齿轮的参数化建模,通过改变参数,CATIA 能快速更新模型。将行星齿轮模型导入 Hypermesh 软件建立有限元模型,利用有限元后处理软件ABAQUS 绘制出行星齿轮的 Mises应力云图,验证所设计齿轮的强度,为改善差速器齿轮结构提供参考。59703

Abstract With the rapid development of automobile industry, the design method of low cost, high efficiency has been paid more and more attention, the emergence of CAD technology is in keeping with this trend. Parametric design can be said to be the core technology of CAD, greatly reduces the labor intensity, reduces duplication of modeling work, improves the efficiency of product development. This paper has completed the design and calculation of the differential gear according to the parameters of the entire vehicle.According to the calculation theory of car gear design, establish optimization design of the objective function and the constraint equations and optimization model, using mathematical software MATLAB to solve the model.Establish the gear model using the back cone principle in CATIA software,CATIA can update model quickly by changing the parameters. Import the planetary gear into Hypermesh software to built the finite element model,using the finite element post-processing software ABAQUS draw the planetary gear of Mises stress nephogram to confirmate the strength of gear and provide a reference for the improvement of the differential gear structure.
