摘要:随着我国铁路方面的六次大提速,高速动车组发展迅速,时速已经达到了350km/h。当列车运行速度提高到 200 km /h以上时,其动态运行环境发生了质的变化,对行车安全性和乘坐舒适性提出了更加苛刻的要求,使车辆系统面临着许多新的动力学研究课题。本文主要研究悬挂参数对动力学性能的影响分析和研究。轴箱悬挂参数的合理匹配对高速铁道车辆的运行平稳性和稳定性往往具有很大的影响。运用软件SIMPACK来建一个客车模型,根据仿真数据来分析如何改变悬挂参数来优化列车动力学性能,提高车辆的平稳性和安全性。本课题主要研究一系纵向定位刚度和横向定位刚度对车辆曲线通过能力的影响。当车辆通过曲线时,车辆的曲线通过能力主要校核车辆的运行安全性和车辆对轨道的作用力,主要参数有轮轨横向力、轮轴横向力、脱轨系数、轮重减载率、倾覆系数。如果过大的增加一系纵向定位刚度和横向定位刚度将不利于车辆通过曲线。61799

Research on the influence of suspension parameters on dynamic performance
Abstract: with the six speed-up railway in China, the rapid development of the high speed EMU, the speed has reached 350 km/h . As the train running speed is increased to more than 200 km/h, the qualitative changes have taken place in the dynamic operating environment, puts forward more demanding on driving safety and comfort requirements, make the vehicle system is faced with many new dynamics research subject . In this paper, we study analysis and research the influence of suspension parameters on dynamic performance . Axle suspension parameters reasonable matching of high-speed railway vehicle running stability which has a great influence. Using the SIMPACK to build a model of the EMU . According to the simulation data to analysis how to change the suspension parameters to optimize EMU dynamics performance to improve the stability and safety of vehicle. The influence of longitudinal position stiffness and lateral position stiffness on the passing ability of the vehicle is mainly studied. When the vehicle passes through a curve, the ability of the vehicle curve through main check vehicle running safety and vehicle on the track force and main parameters of a wheel / rail lateral force, wheel / rail lateral force, derailment coefficient, wheel load reduction rate of load, overturning coefficient.
