摘要:螺杆空气压缩机以其节能、稳定的突出优点,已经广泛应用于现代生产的各个领域。为了更好地了解其工作状态、性能以更好地进行优化设计,本毕业论文根据相关的国家及行业标准并结合博莱特空压机有限公司50-120HP生产测试环境,在充分分析测试所需及了解行业现状的基础上,设计了以精益生产为核心,丰富空压机测试仪器仪表设备,优化测试流程为目标的优化方案。
首先完成了博莱特50-120HP 空压机生产线测试间的现有测试流程和设备的记录汇总,明确了测试方法、流程,规划了相关设备思路和测试系统的设计流程。其次,根据螺杆压缩机的运行特点、现场环境、机械特性进行测试工位的标准工时视频采集工作,并选用Avix专业动作分析软件进行数据的分析和处理,确定了流程优化的方向。最后在优化方案中,重点对测试流程优化内容进行论述。通过对汇总的实验数据分析,重新优化了测试间规范化操作并对方案的可行性进行了分析。9350

Abstract: Screw air compressor for its energy saving, stable outstanding advantages, has been widely used in various fields of modern production.In order to better understand its working status, performance in order to better optimize design,according to the relevant national and industry standards and combining Bolaite compressor co., LTD. 50-120-HP production test environment,inn the full analysis of the present status of the tests required and understand industry basis with lean production as the core is designed rich air compressor test instrumentation equipment, optimizing the testing process for the target optimization scheme.
