摘要在了解TC4钛合金高速切削机理的基础之上,通过单因素实验研究了切削速度、每齿进给量和背吃刀量的变化对切削力和表面粗糙度的影响规律,发现切削力与切削速度之间存在非线性关系;切削力随着每齿进给量的增加而增加具有波动性;切削力整体上随着背吃刀量的增加而增大;表面粗糙度随切削速度的增加而减小,随背吃刀量和每齿进给量的增加而增大。通过钛合金高速切削力和表面粗糙度的正交试验,研究切削参数(切削速度、每齿进给量和背吃刀量)中影响切削力和表面粗糙度的重要效应因素,并发现在试验范围内切削速度的影响最显著,而每齿进给量和背吃刀量的影响显著性较低。10249
通过对典型零件的结构工艺和加工工艺分析,制定加工工序,讨论了刀具选择,并进行了加工仿真。

Title Studies of TC4 titanium alloy thin-walled structure high-speed cutting processing technology optimization
Abstract
This subject on the basis of understanding of the mechanism of TC4 titanium alloy high-speed cutting through single factor experiments mainly studies the effects of the cutting speed,each tooth feeding and depth of cut on cutting force and surface roughness and find that there is a nonlinear relationship between cutting force and cutting speed,that cutting force increased with per tooth feed rate is volatile,and cutting force is increased cutting depth generally. Though orthogonal test of titanium alloy high-speed cutting force and surface roughness,finds out the influence degrees of the cutting parameters (cutting speed,each tooth feeding and cutting depth ),and the conclusion is that within the experimental range the influence of cutting speed is the most significant,end the other two are not significant.
Through to the typical part's structure technology and processing technology analysis,makes out the processing operation,discusses the selection of tools and conducts the machining simulation.
