摘要:传热设备作为一种通用设备广泛应用于化工、炼油、动力、冶金及其它许多工业部门,尤其在化工和炼油行业,传热设备占有很大的投资比例。列管式换热器的特点是结构简单、紧凑,能承受较高的压力,造价低,管程清洗方便,管子损坏时易于堵管或更换。但当管束与壳体的壁温相差较大时,壳体和管束中将产生较大的热应力。列管式换热器是由筒体、管箱、管板、封头、折流板。换热管等零部件组成。设计的内容包括总体方案确定、物性参数确定;热力计算、阻力计算;细部结构的设计等。根据已选定的换热器型式进行设备内各零部件的设计,如壳体,管板、折流板、拉杆、管箱等。包括设计计算、材料选择、具体尺寸和位置确定、管板的厚度计算、法兰厚度的计算、开孔补强等。10797
