摘要本文主要研究通货膨胀对我国中小企业融资决策的影响。首先，在介绍国内外的中小企业融资理论和通货膨胀理论后，列举了通货膨胀对国外中小企业融资决策的影响，以及国外优秀的融资对策能给与我国中小企业哪些借鉴。之后重点以我国的中小企业市场作为研究对象，分析了通货膨胀会对我国中小企业融资决策的影响。主要是以数据分析和资料的整合归纳为主，本文选取了通货膨胀不明显的2006年数据和最为显著的2007年到2009年的数据作为比较分析对象，以中国人民银行和各商业银行以及政府公开的数据来说明通货膨胀对我国的宏观环境产生的影响；然后分析了在这种变动的宏观环境下中小企业在进行融资决策受到的影响。最后通过对案例分析总结，提出在通货膨胀的背景下中小企业应当在政府和银行的政策引导下如何能够合理的进行融资决策。10933

Title The influence of inflation on the small and medium-sized enterprise financing decision
Abstract
This paper mainly studies the influence of inflation on small and medium-sized enterprises financing decision in our country.
First of all, the theory of the domestic and foreign small and medium-sized enterprises financing and inflation are introduced. Secondly, some influence of inflation on foreign SMEs financing and strategies are presented, from which our country’s SMEs can learn. After analyzing the SMEs market of our country, the impact of influence on our country’s SMEs financing is discussed in detail. Based on data analysis and material generalization, this paper compares the economic data in 2006 during which inflation was not very apparent and data from 2007 to 2009 during which inflation affected many countries. In order to prove the impact of inflation on our country’s economic environment, the data from People’s Bank of China, business banks and government is presented and the influence on SMEs financing decision is analyzed. Finally, summarizing these data, the paper suggests that SMEs financing should be decided reasonably under government and banks guidance.
