摘要我国船舶制造企业的快速兴起，已经对国内外的航运和船舶制造市场产生了极大的影响。在一定程度上，中国的各大船舶制造厂在出产和运营方面都呈现出——手持订单可观，出产任务丰满的喜人景象。但船舶制造业同时也大量存在投资金额大，投资时间长，资金回收慢的特点，很大程度上面临着极大的财务风险。本文分析了船舶制造业的财务危机产生原因，并在此基础上找到鉴定财务危机相关指标，构建财务危机预警模型，最后通过实证研究介绍该方法的操作过程以及步骤，并就如何缓解财务危机提出相关建议。21694

Abstract
With the rapid development of Chinese Shipbuilding enterprise, our country has made a great influence to the globalshipbuilding enterprises.In some degree, the Chinese shipbuilding enterprises has shown gratifying scene in production and operation,such as multi order and colourful products.

This paper analyzes the ships manufacturing industry’s financial crisis causes.Based on these causes,he finds the relevant indicators to identify the financial crisis and construct inancial crisis early warning model.Finally, Finally a case is applied to introduce the operating process and steps of this method.Also some advice

1.1 研究背景和意义
制造业的兴衰，印证了大国的兴衰，没有强大的制造业，就不可能成为真正意义上的经济大国和强国。而我国船舶工业在制造业中有着特殊的战略地位，它拉动了我国的进出口贸易增长、带动对海洋资源的深度开发技术的前进，同时，也是促进我国海军建设强大的基础，是较早进入全球市场和国际接轨的产业。然而，船舶制造业普遍存在的问题就是制造成本高、投资金额巨大而回收资金缓慢以及资金周转时间长的问题。这些个问题如果不好好处理，很容易就导致了船舶制造企业的财务危机。所以建立适合船舶制造企业的财务危机预警模型系统，降低船舶制造企业在发展过程中的财务风险已经是一件刻不容缓的事情。 船舶制造企业财务危机预警模型实证研究:http://www.751com.cn/kuaiji/lunwen_14030.html
