摘要：内部控制体系的架构对于一个企业的存亡来说是至关重要的。对于外资企业来说，实质控权的母公司位于国外，在会计制度和相关的法律法规上和子公司所处的地区有着天壤之别，再加上在信息沟通、企业文化和管理意识导致的、不同的内部控制环境，使得外资企业内部控制存在着很大的复杂性和困难性。外资企业如何结合自身情况和所处的社会环境加强内部控制呢？本文拟在通过外资企业内部控制的目标、内容、存在的问题和对策等方面论述外资企业内部控制的重要。最后举例近年来外资企业内控的失败案例给我们以内控必要性的反思。并对此提出展望和总结。2毕业论文关键词： 外资企业 ；内部控制 ；经营权和所有权分离；内部监督

Abstract: Internal control system architecture is crucial for the survival of an enterprise. For foreign companies, the parent company is located in foreign countries, it has different accounting system and related laws and regulations from the local company. Plus the information communication, enterprise culture and different management ideas, it leads to different internal control environment. It make the foreign capital enterprises` internal control more complexity and difficulties. How the foreign capital enterprise combine their own conditions and social environment to strengthen the internal control? This article wants to through the foreign capital enterprise internal control targets, contents，problems and Improved method to describe the importance of foreign capital enterprises` internal control.
