摘要：本论文从财务管理模式的内涵及变化因素出发，分析电子商务环境下财务管理模式的基本特征，提出了企业财务管理模式创新的着力点。电子商务在使得企业内外的信息沟通变得快捷、高效、低成本的同时，冲击着传统的企业财务管理模式。电子商务的兴起和发展与企业财务活动构建了一个新的平台，提供了新的空间和机会。网络财务管理从根本上促进了财务与业务的协同，是企业电子商务的重要组成部分，对企业财务管理问题提出了挑战。本文就电子商务环境下企业财务管理进行探讨与研究。5106
