摘要：在物流企业中，物联网是物流的智能化。物联网的开放性，动态性，集中性，体现了其运作上的宏观特性。从微观上，物流企业在物联网的运用中，使其经营管理活动发生了变化。近几年来,在物流领域中，第三方物流的蓬勃发展，利用其专业化、规模化的优势吸引了众多企业与其合作。因此，结合我国第三方物流企业的发展现状，对基于物联网的第三方物流企业风险管理的研究意义重大。论文中建立了第三方物流企业的风险评价体系，通过评估方法对华鹏飞物流企业的风险进行科学评估，在论文的最后，针对评估的结果，制定切实有效的风险预防措施，希望对于我国的物流企业的风险管理提供相应的借鉴。28592

Research on Logistics Enterprise Risk Management Based on Internet of Things
A Case Study of Huapengfei Logistics Enterprises
Abstract：In the logistics business, the Internet of things is intelligent logistics. The openness, dynamic and concentration of the Internet of Things embodies the macroscopic characteristics of its operation. From the micro, the logistics enterprises in the use of things, so that its management activities have changed. In recent years, the field of logistics, the third party logistics to flourish, the use of its professional, large-scale advantages to attract a large number of enterprises and their cooperation. Therefore, combined with the development status of China's third-party logistics enterprises, it is of great significance to study the risk management of third-party logistics enterprises based on Internet of Things. In the paper, the risk evaluation system of the third party logistics enterprise is established, and the risk assessment of the logistics enterprise is evaluated scientifically. At the end of the paper, the effective risk prevention measures are formulated for the evaluation results. Risk management to provide the corresponding reference.
