摘要公司投资决策是企业最重要的三大财务决策之一，将会影响到企业的未来收益，从而影响企业的价值，企业的投资效率越高，其企业的价值越高。在国内的资本市场，企业投资活动的资金主要有企业的融资活动提供，而银企关系作为一种非正式的替代机制，可以帮助企业在融资活动中获得大量的贷款资金，从而改善企业的投资效率。30072
我国企业的融资问题一直阻碍着企业的成长，其根本原因是我国的目前的银企关系存在着严重的问题，信息不对称，缺乏有效的沟通和交流，缺乏信任和合作，如何建立适合中国发展的银企关系，并且可以有效预防风险，促进银企关系和谐发展成为很多学者研究的课题。本文借鉴前人的研究以及理论基础，结合我国银企关系的现实状况，对中国企业融资贷款中的银企关系建设进行了深入的研究，为银企关系的存在提供了新的证据，丰富企业投资领域的文献和银企关系的经济后果领域的文献，同时对政策制定者及企业具有重要的借鉴意义。

Title Case Studies on The Influence of Investment Efficiency on The Relationship Between Banks and Enterprises
Abstract
As one of the three most important decisions,corporate investment decisions affect the corporate future earnings,thereby affecting the company’s own value.The higher the investment efficiency is,the greater the enterprise value is.Financing problems have plagued the development of enterprises ,the fundamental reason is the problem of the relationship between banks and enterprises, the lack of effective communication ,lack of trust and cooperation.How to set up a suitable China’s bank-enterprise relationship to promote both the harmonious development and common progress to become the topic of my paper. The article focuses on the theory of the first people on the basis of these theoretical results,combining with the status quo of China’s bank-enterprise relationship, the construction of the bank-enterprise relationship in SME financing,grasping the risks of commercial banks in the development of the SME credit business precautionary approach,to promote the establishment of the bank-enterprise relationship.
