摘要融资租赁，是新型的融资融物相互结合融资方式，作为当今世界发展最为迅速新型服务业之一，正刮起一阵不可小觑的金融旋风，逐渐成为继银行信贷后的第二大融资方式和现代金融体系的重要支柱。回望国内，自从1978年改革开放以来，中小企业已经成为我经济发展的重要支柱力量，强势推动我国经济高速增长。然而，广泛存在的融资困难限制了中小企业突破瓶颈，在经济发展中发挥优势。融资租赁作为融资的一中新的模式，已经开始可以解决中小企业融资难的现象。正因如此，为了健康可持续得促进中小企业发展，应将各种解决措施提上日程，使融资租赁更加普遍有效的应用在中小企业中。处理这些难题有既对我国融资租赁行业的发展有益处，对中小企业运用融资租赁这种新型的融资方式也具有同样深刻的现实意义。30074
本文一开始简述了融资租赁的基本概念，同时简要介绍其发展历程，从当下我国中小企业融资存在的问题着手，解析我国当前中小企业融资现状，深入剖析中小企业融资租赁问题的原因，结合案例进行相关分析同时针对相应问题提出相关对策建议。加以思考，探寻其中带给我们的启示。另外通过具体阐述和探讨融资租赁对中小企业的促进作用和独特优势，证明了融资租赁和中小企业在相互发展中的紧密联系，并说明我国大力发展中小企业融资租赁的必要性。

Title SMEs financing lease problem research and analysis
Abstract
Lease financing,as one of the fastest growing new services in today's international development, is presently the second biggest after the bank credit to finance new financing and financing a combination thereof, and has become an important pillar of the modern international financial system, and also a financial force to be reckoned with. Meanwhile in China, with the deepening of reform, SMEs have become in recent years one of the high-speed economic growth in major pillar of strength in promoting China's economic development process. However, the prevalence of financing difficulties restricted the advantage of SMEs in the economy. Financial leasing as a new way of financing, has become an effective way to effectively solve the problem of financing and, therefore, should be taken as soon as possible to solve a variety of measures to make financial leasing wider and more effective application in SMEs, thereby promote the continuous development of SMEs. To solve these problems have not only conducive to the development of financial leasing industry, for domestic SMEs to use this new financing lease financing also has important practical significance.
In this paper, introducing briefly the basic concept and development process of financial leasing, resolving the quo of the current financing, from the current financing of the analysis of the reasons for the difficulties, giving an in-depth analysis of the problem about lease financing, using case for these Qualitative analysis of the issue and making relevant suggestions for the appropriate question. At the same time specifically addressed the promotion to financial leasing for SMEs, discussed the unique advantages of financial leasing in the financing, proved lease financing had irreplaceable advantages in financing of SMEs to illustrate that China should develop the need for financial leasing.
