摘要：集团公司饰演着促进我国生产力的重要角色，对全面发展市场经济全球化以及深化经济环境起着举足轻重的作用，但在复杂多变的经济环境下，许多不确定因素常常阻碍着公司的存在与发展，使公司的经营和未来的发展面临着巨大的风险，很多大公司，因为金融危机似乎陷入了绝境。因此，探索防范财务风险，实施有效的控制策略在企业的稳定运行中承担着保驾护航的责任。本文从总结财务风险的定义和特征的基础上入手，进一步归纳了财务风险识别和预警的方法，并通过对集团公司存在的财务风险进行分析，得出集团公司的财务风险问题影响企业发展的结论，提出针对这些潜在问题公司如何防范财务风险的建议，以帮助集团公司有效地防范和应对经营过程中的财务风险，实现持续稳定发展。34954

Group Financial Risk Prevention and Countermeasures - Taking SD Group, for example
Abstract： Group companies play an important role in promoting China’s productivity ,it plays a decisive role on the comprehensive development of market economy globalization and the deepening economic environment. But in the complex economic environment, many uncertain factors often obstruct the existence and development of the company,the company’s operation and future development faces enormous risks.Many large companies, because of the financial crisis seems to be lost in despair.Therefore,explore guard against financial risk, effective control strategy in the stable operation of the enterprise bear the escort responsibility. This paper summarizes the definition and characteristics from the start on the basis of financial risks, further summarizes the financial risk identification and early warning, and gives analysis of the financial risk of the Group companies, making recommendations for financial risks affect the company’s business development and giving suggestions on how to prevent financial risks from these potential problems, to help our company preparedness and response of financial risks in the course of business, to achieve sustainable and stable development.
