摘要：进入21世纪以来，知识科技的飞速发展和极大丰富，使得高新技术产业成为推动我国经济发展的主体产业，高新技术产业上市公司也因此在短时间内有了飞速的发展。并且资本市场和有关部门正在通过改善和加强相关方面的政策和法律使得上市公司能够获得足够资金来面对发展，但是上市公司能否有效率地运用这些资金显然就成为了当下最关键的问题。通过本文对江苏省高新技术产业上市公司融资效率的研究，希望能为全国高新技术产业上市公司在提高融资效率方面起到一定的指导示范作用。37465
    本文分为五个部分，第一部分先阐述了本文的研究背景及意义，并且理清了一下本文的研究思路；第二部分对相关概念和基本理论做了阐述；第三部分对江苏省高新技术产业上市公司的融资情况进行了分析；第四部分运用DEA模型测度了江苏省高新技术产业上市公司股权融资效率，得出股权融资效率整体呈中等偏上水平的结论；第五部分根据结论从股权融资角度提出了提高江苏省高新技术产业上市公司融资效率对策和建议。

 Research on Equity Financing Efficiency of Listed Companies in High-tech Industries in Jiangsu Province
Abstract:  Jiangsu Province high-tech industry listed companies are selected from the 2014 the focus of national Torch Plan high-tech industry listed companies,Using data envelopment analysis (DEA) method to carry on research to the efficiency of equity financingAccording to the conclusion put forward the corresponding suggestions and CountermeasuresWe hope that through this study of Listed Companies in the high-tech industry in Jiangsu Province, for the national high and new technology industry listed companies in improving the financing efficiency to certain guiding role model
This paper is pided into five partsThe first part introduces the research background and significance, research ideas and clear the followings;The second part explains the related concepts and basic theory;The third part analyzes the current financing situation of the listing Corporation of the high-tech industry in Jiangsu Province;The fourth part uses DEA model to measure the high-tech industry in Jiangsu Province listed equity financing efficiency, we conclude that the overall efficiency of equity financing is medium to high levels;In the fifth chapter, according to the conclusion from the point of view of equity financing is proposed to improve the high-tech industry in Jiangsu Province listed company financing countermeasures and suggestions
