摘要：随着社会主义市场经济的发展，真实、准确和完整的会计信息，在加强企业管理、维持正常的经济秩序和有助于企业相关利益方决策等方面，发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是现实社会中，出于各种动机或利益的驱使，企业虚假会计信息屡禁不止并成为一种痼疾，影响了社会经济健康的可持续发展精神。本文在分析虚假会计信息产生的根源、原因和危害的基础上，提出了治理虚假会计信息的对策措施。43796
