摘要随着企业日新月异的发展，企业的财务报表显得越为重要，而对于财务报表使用者来说，财务报告是及时掌握高质量的财务信息的重要途径。上市公司的财务报表是公司的财务状况、经营业绩和发展趋势的综合反映，是经营者分析经营活动中存在的问题、总结经验，从而改善经营活动提高管理水平的重要参考，同时也是投资者了解公司、决定投资行为的最全面、最可靠的第一手资料。本文以恒顺醋业集团为例，以案例分析的方式，探讨如何通过对财务报表的分析来了解上市公司的状况，并透过报表的数字看到经营中存在的问题,为会计报表使用者提供一定的参考，找出恒顺醋业的问题并提出建议。45492

Abstract
The 21st century, with the Internet information technology as the core of "knowledge economy" to "traditional economy" of penetration, and "the accounting computerization" to "the development of accounting informatization", social people from all walks of life's ability to process information also faces enormous challenges. For financial statement users, therefore, financial reporting is timely grasp the quality of financial information of the important way. The financial statements of listed companies is the company's financial situation, business performance and developing trend of comprehensive reflection and analysis of the problems existing in the management activity is operator, sum up experience, improve management activities to enhance the management level of an important reference, is also the investors know the company, determine the investment behavior of the most comprehensive, the most reliable first-hand information. Taking Jiangsu Hengshun Vinegar-industry Co.,ltd as an example, in the form of case analysis, to explore how to through the analysis of the financial statements to understand the status of the listed company, and through the report number see the problems existing in the management, to provide some reference for accounting statements users, find out the Jiangsu Hengshun Vinegar-industry Co.,ltd problems and Suggestions are put forward.

 一、绪论
本文主要运用趋势分析法、比较分析法和综合分析法，对恒顺醋业及其所在的食品饮料行业的财务数据进行分析。主要目的在于：通过上述方法的分析比较，对恒顺醋业的财务状况进行评价，为该企业的会计报表使用者提供一定的参考。从财务报表、财务指标以及财务管理理论出发，评价影响恒顺醋业财务能力的各项管理因素，并对其存在的问题提出改善的建议，希望能对该企业今后的经营有一定的现实意义，更希望能对我国的食品饮料行业的各企业有一些帮助。
