摘要随着市场经济发展，白酒行业竞争日益激烈。近几年经济发展速度放缓，负债经营已不可避免。白酒行业的发展更是面临内忧外患的境地，既有其他替代品发展崛起，又有行业内部企业间的挤压。泸州老窖股份有限公司作为传统的白酒制造企业，在白酒行业中具有典型的代表性。为保证企业的财务安全，促进企业良性发展，避免资不抵债等情况发生，对企业进行偿债能力分析至关重要。本文对偿债能力相关概念及方法进行介绍，通过计算、分析泸州老窖企业相关财务指标，并与行业平均值进行行业对比分析，找出泸州老窖企业负债经营中存在的相关问题，提出一些促进该企业发展、提高该企业偿债能力的相关建议。46521

Abstract
With the the market economy developing, the increasingly fierce competition in the liquor industry. In recent years, the developing of economic slowdown, debt management is inevitable. Development of liquor making industry is faced with both internal and external situation, both the rise of other alternatives, and between the enterprise internal extrusion. Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd. as traditional liquor manufacturing enterprises, has a typical representative in the liquor industry. In order to ensure the financial security, and promote the healthy development of enterprises, so as to avoid the occurrence of insolvency, the enterprise solvency analysis is very important. The solvency of relevant concepts and methods are introduced, by calculating, analyzing Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd.enterprise financial index and with industry average contrast to the industry analysis, identify problems relevant to the Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd. enterprise operating liabilities in the presence of, put forward to promote the development of the enterprise, relevant suggestions about how to improve the solvency of enterprises.
