制造业企业原材料成本精益管理研究

摘要：自从改革开放以来，中国逐渐成为以工业为主的国家。从20世纪80年代至今，我国的工业总产值和增长速度成倍发展。制造业是我国工业的主体行业，但是仍存在着管理经营模式和流程上的欠缺。本文以东泰集团旗下的中小企业江苏东泰聚合材料有限公司为例，从生产的原材料购进到产成品完成的流程及现状，从生产的规模、效率、品质、损耗率等方面找出现今制造业企业生产过程中普遍存在的问题。并用日本丰田企业所提出的精益化理论和方法做指导，对该公司原材料成本生产进行研究和分析。56543

Abstract: Since reform and opening up, China has gradually become predominantly industrial countries. Since the 1980s, the gross value of industrial output growth and development of our country. Manufacturing is the main body of China's industrial sector, but there are still the lack of management operation mode and process. 1 引言

1.1精益生产的基础理论和技术

精益生产（Lean Production 简称LP）从环境到管理的所有的新管理理念并在实践中取得成功管理思想，是一种新的管理体系而非简单的应用程序，精益生产是一种对公司资源以尽量减少占用，降低管理和运营成本作为生产的主要目标。精益生产包含低成本，高效率，高品质的生产，以最大限度地提高客户满意度为目标，只是在准时制（JIT）和自恸化为“两大支柱”，以5S及持续改进进行完善，基于标准化，均衡生产理论，可视化管理，一整套的生产管理框架和一系列的快速换模模式和管理模式的组成[1]。制造业企业原材料成本精益管理研究:http://www.751com.cn/kuaiji/lunwen_61071.html
