摘  要：金融业决定着一个国家的经济命脉，同样银行业在金融行业中也起着性作用。随着我国金融行业的逐步对外开放，外资银行逐步进入中国市场，对中国银行业将带来巨大的冲击。如何提高商业银行自身的竞争力，在激烈的竞争中能够处于不败之地，已经成为银行界必需要面对的问题，因此中国的商业银行需要提高自己的核心竞争力。本文通过对商业银行核心竞争力相关概念的阐述，提出了对商业银行核心竞争力的看法，指出我国农业银行金湖分行银行如今尚存的一些问题和不足，对这些问题进行了分析解释，并对培育和提升商业银行核心竞争力的途径和措施提出了建议。57817

Abstract: Financial industry decides the economic lifeline of a country, the banks in the financial industry is also playing an important role. Along with our country financial industry gradually opening to the outside world, foreign banks are gradually entering the Chinese market, this will bring great impact to China's banking industry. That how to improve the competitiveness of the commercial bank itself, remain an impregnable position in the fierce competition, has become the problem banks have to face, so China's commercial banks need to improve their core competitiveness. Through to explaining related concept of the commercial bank core competence in this article, putting forward the view of commercial bank core competence, pointing out the problems that existing in the Agricultural Bank jinhu branch in China now , and analyzing for these problems, also proposing the suggestions of how to cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness of commercial banks.
