摘  要:将本企业的会计核算、报税、记账等一系列的会计工作全部委托给专业记账公司完成，本企业内只设立出纳人员，负责日常货币收支业务和财产保管等工作的这种行为叫做代理记账。目前的很多中小企业大多经历着生产规模小、账目不健全的状况。但是让企业自身建立完善的财务体系又不太现实，所以代理记账应运而生。代理记账是新兴的高端服务，越来越多的中小企业采纳了这种方式，并且代理记账企业充当着众多中小企业的会计角色，所以我们应当准确认识到代理记账行业广阔的发展前景，它在未来社会中是完全可取的并能够长期发展壮大的。59371
