摘  要： 内部控制作为现代企业管理制度的重要组成部分，对提高企业管理效益有着十分重要的作用。中小企业加强内部控制能够有效的降低人为因素风险、提高企业生产经营效率、提升企业信息化管理水平及企业良好的外在形象。目前，中小企业内部控制方面还存在着观念不科学、制度不健全、措施不到位等问题。因而，加强中小企业内部控制建设，提升其内部控制质量水平，对中小企业长期健康的发展将具有重要的现实意义。61231
