摘要：新一轮的电改即将开始，新电改表述即将放开发电计划，电价也会放开以及配售电侧，社会和民间资本即将进入电力市场。距上一轮电改已过去12年，但完成情况却不尽人意，电改进入停滞的状态，整个电力行业出现亏损。本文通过新旧方案的对比，以及对电力行业上市公司现状的分析，总结出新电改方案将会对电力行业上市公司所产生的影响，提出了售电侧的电力企业可以实行资本结构的优化；电力生产企业可以实行“开源节流”，提高上市公司的盈利能力；行业整体应优化股权结构，加强内部治理等促进该类上市公司持续发展的建议。62460

Abstract：The new electric change will begin. According to plan, the future generation schedule, price to open, the incremental part of distribution side and sells the electricity side also wants to open up and allowing the social and private capital to enter. The last electric change happened 12 years old, but the completion situation was not good. The electric change was at a standstill and the whole the electric power industry was to be bad. This paper has some conclusions about the influences of the listing Corporation in the electric power industry with the New electric change plan and some suggestions about that corporations to have a sustainable development ,by comparing the old and the new plan and the analysis of the listing Corporation in the electric power industry. For example, the sale of electricity power enterprises can implement the optimization of capital structure; electric power production enterprises can implement "broaden sources of income and reduce expenditure" to improve the profitability of the listing Corporation; the overall industry should optimize the equity structure, strengthening internal control.
