摘 要：零售企业经营活动中的资金具有流动性强的特点，企业财务管理的重点就是要做好资金管理工作并且企业资金管理的创新发展将会给企业注入新的动力。在充满机遇和挑战的经济全球化背景下，作为财务管理核心内容的资金管理贯穿于企业生产经营的每个环节，但同时却又是企业管理工作需要着重加强的部分。本文以永辉超市为案例给出了强化资金管理的对策，实施资金集中管理，突出全面预算结算的作用，落实内部财务审计监督，加强金融监管。将从该企业管理面临的问题和解决对策进行探讨，以促使企业加强资金管理来保障生产经营活动持续运转。64655
