摘要：绿色物流是指物流过程中，在抑制物流对环境造成危害的同时，实现对物流环境的
净化，最充分的利用物流资源。而在企业生产经营中，真正被计入绿色物流成本的基本属于显性成本，更多的成本常被企业忽视或混入财务费用、管理费用、销售费用中。本文以苏北地区为例，首先介绍该地区的整体经济发展现状和物流建设状况，指出当地绿色物流成本核算存在的问题。然后实证分析影响该地区的绿色物流成本核算的因素。最后结合经济、政策、制度等各方面条件，对完善苏北绿色物流成本核算提出建议。64708

Abstract: Environmental logistics means a kind of logistics that can not only restrain the harm to the environment but also clean the environment of logistics and make full use of logistics resources.In the enterprise operation,most of the cost which is really included in the cost of an environmental logistics is the explicit cost.And more cost often been ignored or mixed with financing expense,administrative expense and selling expenses.This essay will take the northern Jiangsu as an example.First, I will introduce the current financial situation and logistics construction status in the area and point out the problems that exist in environmental logistics cost accounting.Then empirically analyze the factors of environmental logistics cost accounting which influence this area.Finally, providing a series of advice for completing the environmental logistics cost accounting of northern Jiangsu after combing economy, policy, system and other conditions.

1 引言
20世纪70年代末，“物流”一词被引入中国。如今，物流在我国国家标准里面被定义为：“为了实现顾客的需求，在物品由供应地向其目标市场流通的过程中，对流通加工、储存、包装、运输、装卸、信息处理等功能进行有效整合的过程。”2013年前两个季度，国内物流总费用与国内生产总值的比值达到了18%。而发达国家的物流成本在国内生产总值中所占的比值一般都保持在10%左右，几乎只有国内的一半，和高物流成本的国内物流现状形成了强烈的对比[1]。 苏北绿色物流成本核算对策研究:http://www.751com.cn/kuaiji/lunwen_72012.html
