摘 要：存货是企业赖以生存和发展的基本元素，是企业重要的流动资产。企业存货管理是企业管理的重要内容，决定着企业的未来发展。目前，有许多企业，尤其是一些中小企业，对存货管理的重要性认识不足,无健全的、完善的内部管理制度，这严重影响中小企业的发展。因此，本文就存货对中小企业财务的重要影响、存货管理所面临的主要问题及原因进行了分析，探讨提高企业存货管理质量的方法，实现企业存货管理的有效运作，确保企业适应不断变化的市场环境。65086

1 引言
存货是指企业在日常活动中有以备出售的原料或产品、在产品、在生产过程中耗用的材料、物料等，在大多数企业的流动资产中占据极大的比重。存货管理，顾名思义就是对企业的存货进行管理，主要是存货的信息管理和在信息管理基础上的决策分析，最后对存货进行有效控制，从而达到达到存货管理的最终目的：提高经济效益。但大多数企业，尤其是一些中小企业忽视存货管理的重要性，不能建立完善的管理制度，严重影响企业的发展，完善和加强企业的存货管理制度成为中小企业不容忽视的问题。柯尼尔轻纺工艺有限公司是一家专业从事服饰、家纺用织带、滚绳、花边、排须、吊穗、流苏、毛边及各类手工艺品等辅料生产的企业，企业存货占了流动资产的50%以上，存货管理对柯尼尔公司来说非常重要，是提高公司效益的关键。本文立足于柯尼尔轻纺工艺有限公司，在实地调研的基础上分析其存货管理制度的现状，并针对其存在的主要问题提出解决策略。论文网 中小企业轻纺工艺存货管理问题及解决策略:http://www.751com.cn/kuaiji/lunwen_72555.html
