摘要: 存货是企业重要的流动资产，企业大量的流动资金都被存货占用。通常,在工业企业中，存货占总资产的30%左右,这个指数在商品流通企业则更高,存货的管理和利用情况对企业的资金占用水平以及资产运作效率有直接的影响。本文以美的集团为例，通过美的集团的库存管理现状，分析并发现问题，提出基本的解决方案，以寻求在当今的社会发展背景之下，一种更为适合企业发展的存货管理模式——联合库存管理。65826

Abstract: Inventory Management is the enterprise important current assets, the enterprise a lot of liquidity is occupied by a inventory.
