摘 要：近年来，企业的经营环境发生了很大的转变，企业管理焦点的财务管理则需要适应周围环境的变化，就需要企业寻找自己在财务管理中存在的问题，选择适合自己的方法。如何正确防范、抵御各种危机，使企业更好地找寻创新与发展，已经是目前企业财务管理必要研究和解决的一个重要问题。本文从我国企业财务管理的观念与作用出发，剖析了当前企业财务管理在企业管理中的作用和地位，并指出了在企业管理中财务管理普遍存在的问题，探究适合企业本身发展的财务管理方法，以促进企业的健康稳定发展。66960

Abstract: At recently, the enterprise great changes have taken place in the business environment, the financial management in enterprise management center will need to quickly adapt to changes in the environment, which requires enterprises to find himself in the financial management of the existing problems, to choose their own way. How to effectively prevent, against all kinds of risks, to enable enterprises to better pursuit of innovation and development, is an important issue of the current financial management of enterprises need to study and solve.
