摘要 ：现今工程造价领域发生了重大变革，同时对于企业成本管理的要求也越来越高，施工企业如何完善企业的管理，焦点再次放在成本管理上。企业不仅要“开源”，还要“节流”，所以施工企业的成本管理显得更为重要。但目前的建筑企业成本管理中存在着诸多问题，难以实现企业利润最大化的目标。对于如何优化和完善成本管理，做到施工成本有效管控，本文通过案例中企业成本管理出现的问题，对现下的经济形势及施工企业状况进行研究并提出具体解决措施，以期对施工企业在改善成本管理的过程中提供理论基础。 67883

在如今的市场对企业成本管理的要求也越来越高，施工企业如何完善企业的管理机制确保企业可以长期的可持续发展，解决这个问题的重点就在于如何改善企业的成本管理。建筑类企业实施成本管理能够更好地实现经济效益，实现利润目标。要完善企业的成本管理，就要加强成本管理在企业员工心里的重要性，建立完善严格的责任制，逐步建立适合企业自身发展并且与社会发展相适应的成本控制体系；加强企业的信息系统管理；严谨地将成本与人工费分包到人; 加强物资采供和机械设备使用管理，同时企业应立足自身特点，不仅要“开源”，还要“节流”，所以施工企业的成本管理显得更为重要。但目前的建筑企业成本管理中存在着诸多问题，难以实现企业利润最大化的目标。面对欧债危机和美国经济衰退的波及，如何优化和完善成本管理，做到施工成本有效管控。 建筑施工企业成本管理问题探讨:http://www.751com.cn/kuaiji/lunwen_76254.html
