摘要：财务报表分析，是以企业财务报表及其他有关财务资料为基础，判断企业的财务状况、经营成果和现金流量情况，总结企业经营活动的利弊得失，以便进一步分析企业未来的发展趋势。在企业管理当中财务分析的作用日益突出，显得更加重要。本文以格力电器股份有限公司和美的集团为例，通过近五年的财务报表上的数据进行财务比率分析来评价这两家家电企业的偿债、营运、盈利、发展能力和发展前景评估，再运用杜邦分析体系进行综合分析评价，之后对两家企业的财务报表进行趋势分析和发展前景分析，以期对家电企业经营状况与发展前景提供些许借鉴与参考。 68703

The operating status and development prospects of the household electrical appliance enterprises based on the analysis of financial statements

Abstract ：The analysis of financial statements is based on the financial statements and other relevant financial information to determine the financial status, operating results and cash flow, summarizing the pros and cons of business activities to analyze further trend of enterprises. The financial analysis plays an important role in the enterprise management and has become increasingly significant. In this paper, I take GREE and Midea as examples, through nearly five years of financial statements data to make financial ratio analysis to evaluate the two household electrical appliance enterprises' business debt service, profitability and development capacity, and then use DuPont analysis system to analyze the trend of the two companies' financial statements and development prospects’ analysis, expecting to provide reference about operating status and development prospects of the household electrical appliance enterprises.
