摘要:本次的研究目的在于研制一种能降低扦插月季的蒸腾作用或速率,提高叶片的含水量的抗蒸腾剂。通过研究以往的抗蒸腾剂和机理,进行研究和分析,并将研究结果应用于实验。最后以研究结果为基础,开发出一种针对于扦插月季的新型经济的植物抗蒸腾剂。本次的试验方法是研究植物的蒸腾作用以及影响植物蒸腾作用的各种因素,针对各种影响因素研制新型抗蒸腾剂,并选取扦插月季作为研究实验对象,运用手持式光合测定仪及便携式调制叶绿素荧光仪等仪器测量各组处理后的相关数据,根据各组处理的叶片含水量和蒸腾速率得出最有效的处理配方。同时分析各组处理对植物叶片的最小荧光产量、最大荧光产量、光合潜能、实际光合能力等的影响,得出最佳实验结果配方矮壮素+过磷酸钙。20024

Research and Analysis of the Transpiration Resistant Agent of Rose
Abstract: This paper summarized the research progress in application of antitranspirant. After the study in preservation mechanism of anti-transpiration application in plant preservation, the results of the research can be applied to the experiment. Finally, based on the results of the study, we developed a new plant transpiration resistant agent of rose. The method for experiment is the various factors study on the transpiration of plant and effect of plant transpiration, which can be studied on the transpiration of plant and effect of plant transpiration. Those factors affecting the development of new antitranspirant agent. The related data by using portable photosynthesis chlorophyll fluorescence analyzer and portable modulation instrument were measured after every application. According to the water contents and transpiration rate, we got the most effective treatment formula. We also measured the effect of simultaneous analysis of treatments on leaf of minimum fluorescence yield, the maximum fluorescence yield, photosynthetic potential, actual photosynthetic ability. Finally we got the best results is CCC add superphosphate, which has the most effect on reducing transpiration .
