摘 要:以野生大豆“ZS”作为实验材料,采用室内沙培,探究不同浓度(0、5、10、15mg/L)1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物(N-[5-(4-氯苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基]-N'-4-硝基苯甲酰基脲)对唑嘧磺草胺胁迫下野生大豆幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:(1)唑嘧磺草胺胁迫下野生大豆幼苗植株变矮,鲜重降低,叶片内叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量明显降低,而叶片内MDA与游离Pro含量水平显著上升(P<0.01)。(2)适当浓度N-[5-(4-氯苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基]-N '-4-硝基苯甲酰基脲处理增加了唑嘧磺草胺胁迫下野生大豆幼苗的株高、鲜重,且叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量均显著高于胁迫下的野生大豆幼苗,而MDA的含量则显著降低(P<0.01)。该试验表明适当浓度1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物(N-[5-(4-氯苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基]-N'-4-硝基苯甲酰基脲)的处理能有效缓解和修复唑嘧磺草胺对野生大豆幼苗的伤害,具有显著促进野生大豆生长的作用,其中10mg/L TNU处理效果最好。

The Studies of Flumetsulam Effect on Wild Soybean Growth and the Role of 1,3,4-Thiadiazole Derivative
Abstract: The effects of the different concentration (0, 5, 10 and 15mg/L) of TNU (N-[5-(4-Chlorophenyl)-1,3,4-Thiadiazole-2-yl]-N'-4-Nitrobenzoyl Urea) on the growth of wild soybean seedling under flumetsulam stress were studied by sand culture using wild soybeans “ZS” as experiment material. The results showed as follows: (1) under flumetsulam stress, the height of seedling and fresh weight were significantly decreased, while the content of chlorophyll, soluble proteins and soluble sugar were significantly decreased than those of control. The contents of proline and MDA were significantly increased(P<0.01). (2) Exogenous TNU application on the leaf significantly increased the height of seedling and fresh weight, and the contents of chlorophyll, soluble proteins, soluble sugar and proline were significantly increased(P<0.01). The content of malonaldehyde (produce of membrane lipid peroxidation) was significantly decreased(P<0.01). The results showed that exogenous TNU could effectively mitigate the harmful effects from flumetsulam stress on plants, and promote the growth of wild soybeans, and the effect of 10mg/L TNU was optimal.
