摘要:诺氟沙星是第三代氟喹诺酮类抗生素的代表之一,在医学上被广泛应用于敏感菌所引起的多种感染,具有组织穿透力强,半衰期长的特点,在人和动物体内的代谢和吸收率低[1]。我国是抗生素的生产和使用大国,氟喹诺酮类抗生素被广泛使用,其中诺氟沙星的使用量十分巨大,被广泛应用于医疗,在集约化畜牧养殖业中也用作饲料添加剂。传统的生物处理技术对废水中氟喹诺酮类抗生素的去除效率不佳,因此成为水环境中频繁被检出的新兴污染物之一[2~5]。残存在环境中的诺氟沙星不仅具有毒性,还会诱发超强耐细菌的产生,对生态系统造成危害[6]。国内外对诺氟沙星降解的研究已取得了一定的进展,借鉴前人的研究,我们认为采用一种催化剂活化过硫酸氢盐产生自由基去氧化诺氟沙星是一种有效的降解办法。26632

引言:伴随着我国社会的飞速发展,关于抗生素类药物的研究也取得了许多突破,我国的抗生素类药物不仅年产量逐年上升,而且种类愈加繁多。诺氟沙星是第三代氟喹诺酮类抗生素的代表,在医学上被广泛应用在人畜因敏感菌所造成的多种感染。因其组织穿透力强、低毒、药物耐受性高和半衰期长而被大量使用。统计数据表明,大多数氟喹诺酮类抗生素进入体内后,只有不到25%可以在体内代谢,剩余的通过排泄物进入环境中,并渗透到地下水层。除此之外,含有诺氟沙星的工业废水也被排放到环境中。进入环境的诺氟沙星不仅具有毒性,会杀死一些菌群,导致生态环境受到破坏,而且会导致超强耐细菌的产生。因此,探究诺氟沙星高效降解的方法刻不容缓。 CoFe2O4纳米颗粒活化过硫酸氢盐降解诺氟沙星:http://www.751com.cn/shengwu/lunwen_20866.html
