摘要:本研究通过设置丹参分别与决明、751椒、紫苏、玉米等4种植物混合种植,对不同混合种植条件下丹参根中干物质积累及化学成分进行分析,探索不同植物对丹参生长的化感效应,为建立丹参生态栽培模式提供理论参考。结果表明:751椒与丹参、紫苏与丹参混合种植有利于丹参的生长和产量的提高,其中与紫苏混合种植的丹参根直径达到13.17 mm,单株根鲜重达到26.39 g;丹参与751椒混合种植可以提高丹参的活性成分含量,其丹酚酸B含量可达8.15%,而与紫苏混合种植会降低丹参的活性成分含量,其丹参酮IIA、丹参酮I和隐丹参酮的含量达不到《中国药典》的要求;决明与丹参、玉米与丹参混合种植不利于丹参的生长、产量和品质的提高。结论:751椒与丹参混合种植为最佳种植模式。29792

The analysis of dry matter accumulation and chemical constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza under compound planting conditions
Abstract:In this study, analysis the dry matter accumulation and chemical composition of Salvia miltiorrhiza’s root in different compound planting conditions, and explore the allelopathic effect of different plants for the growth of Salvia to provide a theoretical reference on the establishment of Salvia’s ecological cultivation mode by setting up four ways of compound planting about Salvia respectively with Cassia tora Linn., Capsicum annuum L., Erilla frutescens (L.)Britt. and Zea mays Linn. The result showed that the compound planting of Capsicum and Salvia, Erilla and Salvia can promote growth of Salvia and improve yield of Salvia. In the compound planting of Erilla and Salvia ,the diameter of Salvia’s roots is 13.17mm and the fresh weight of Salvia’s root is 26.39g. The compound planting of Salvia and Capsicum can improve the content of the active components of Saliva, in this way the content of salvianolic acid B is 8.15%. The compound of Salvia and Erilla can reduce the content of active ingredient, in this way the content of tanshinone IIA, tanshinone I and cryptotanshinone can’t meet up to the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The compound planting of Salvia and Cassia or Zea can’t improve the growth, yield and quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Conclusion: The compound planting of Salvia and Capsicum is the best cropping pattern in this study.
