摘要:本文通过研究人造湿地中黄菖蒲对高浓度含盐废水中Na+的吸收情况及其对黄菖蒲根系特征和生长的影响实验,研究了在Na+浓度为0mg/L,10mg/L,50mg/L,100mg/L,200mg/L和500mg/L 7个梯度的含Na+废水中黄菖蒲的光合强度、叶绿素含量、根的生长长度的变化情况,从而确定其对黄菖蒲根系特征及生长的影响。实验过程中还分别测出黄菖蒲根、茎、叶中的Na+含量,以得到黄菖蒲对含Na废水中Na+的富集情况。实验结果表明:低浓度含Na废水(Na+的浓度小于50mg/L)中,黄菖蒲叶绿素含量增多;中等浓度含Na废水(Na+的浓度不高于200mg/L)中,黄菖蒲叶绿素含量变化不大;高浓度含Na废水(Na+的浓度高于200mg/L)中,黄菖蒲叶片叶绿素的合成有明显被抑制,并最终导致黄菖蒲的根系死亡。由此可以得出结论:含Na浓度不是很高的废水不会造成黄菖蒲根系萎缩;黄菖蒲对Na+有较强的富集能力;人造湿地在含Na废水的处理上有明显效果。50033

Effects of Saline Wastewater on the Roots and Growth of Iris Pseudacorus L. in Constructed Wetlands
Abstract: In this paper, I conducted an experiment in order to assure the effects of different concentration of sodium ions on the roots and growth of Iris pseudacorus L. Photosynthetic intensity, chlorophyll content and length change of the root were recorded in seven saline wastewater with different sodium ions concentration, namely, 0 mg/L,10 mg/L,50 mg/L,100 mg/L,200 mg/L and 500 mg/L. Content of sodium ions in the roots, stems, and leaves of the Iris pseudacorus L. were also measured so that the degrees of sodium ions enrichment can be confirmed. The results of the experiment shows that a low concentration of saline wastewater (sodium ion concentration is lower than 50 mg/L) can increase chlorophyll content and a middle concentration of saline wastewater (sodium ion concentration is no more than 200 mg/L) has little influence on the chlorophyll content, while a high concentration of saline wastewater (sodium ion concentration is more than 200 mg/L) can inhibit the synthesis of chlorophyll and finally result in the death of roots. The conclusion is that a low concentration of sodium ions in saline wastewater cannot cause the senescence or death of the roots of Iris pseudacorus L. and Iris pseudacorus L. has a strong sodium ions enrichment capacity. Constructed wetlands have significant effect on saline wastewater treatment.
