摘要对羟基苯甲酸是一种自然界中非常常见的芳香族化合物,也作为许多天然产物和人工合成的化合物的中间产物。自然界中,对羟基苯甲酸会因为大自然的净化作用而被微生物讲解,所以不会积累。从二十世纪中期开始,由于社会发展的需要,增加对石化产品的需求,大量使用含有芳香环的石化产品,致使人工化合物的积累过多,大自然无法及时净化,而对羟基苯甲酸正是降解人工化合物的主要中间代谢产物之一。环境工作者一向关注着对羟基苯甲酸的微生物降解。其代谢途径有原儿茶酸开环途径、脱碳酸途径和苯甲酸-CoA还原途径和目前没有完全阐明的龙胆酸开环途径。由于嗜热性芽孢杆菌D1菌株降解对羟基苯甲酸的过程中检测到有龙胆酸,对羟基苯甲酸转化为龙胆酸的NIH重排反应至少包含有CoA连接酶,单加氧酶,和裂解酶催化的反应,本研究对对羟基苯甲酸降解途径上的双加氧酶进行了基因克隆的研究。50715

 P-hydroxy Benzoic Acid Degradation Pathway Two-plus Oxygen of Gentisic Acid on Enzyme Gene Research

Abstract

P-hydroxy benzoic acid is a kind of very common aromatic compounds in nature, as well as many natural products and synthetic compounds in the middle of the product. In nature, p-hydroxy benzoic acid is because of the purification effect of nature microorganisms. so don't accumulate. Starting from the mid 20th century, as a result of the need of social development, an increase in demand for petrochemical products, use of petrochemical products containing aromatic ring, causes the accumulation of too much artificial compounds, there is no way to timely purification nature, and p-hydroxy benzoic acid is one of the main intermediate metabolites of artificial compounds. Environmental workers have been focused on the microbial degradation of hydroxy benzoic acid. The metabolic pathways are protocacechuate cleavage pathway; removing carbonic acid pathway; anaerobic degradation pathway and gentisate cleavage pathway. the gentisate cleavage pathway including a NIH shift reaction remains to be elucidated. Due to a thermophilic Bacillus detecting Gentisic acid In the process of degradation of hydroxy benzoic acid, from p-hydroxybenzoate conversion into gentisic acid contains at least CoA ligase, single oxygenase, and lyase in catalytic reaction. In this paper, we study two-plus enzyme on the P-hydroxy benzoic acid degradation pathway.
