摘要:本实验通过用不同浓度的废旧电池浸出液处理小麦幼苗,揭示废旧电池对环境和生物的影响。研究了不同浓度的废旧电池浸出液对小麦形态指标(叶长和鲜重)和生理指标(过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)和叶绿素)的影响。结果表明,在用浓度为30%的废旧电池浸出液处理时,与对照组相比,小麦叶长和鲜重分别减少了12.85%和13.46% ,POD活性、SOD活性和总叶绿素含量分别下降了9.66%、2%和22.85%,MDA含量上升了56.57%。在用浓度为75%的废旧电池浸出液处理时,小麦叶长和鲜重分别比对照组减少了27.83%和36.54%,POD活性、SOD活性和总叶绿素含量比对照组分别下降了57.87%、18.96%和79.14%,MDA含量比对照组上升了81.82%,可见,废旧电池浸出液对小麦的生长产生严重的危害。52769

Abstract:Wheat was treated by different concentrations of waste battery leaching to prove the effects of waste batteries on the environment and living creatures. The experiment researched the effects of different concentrations of waste battery leaching on shape indices (length and weight) and physiology indices (POD activity, SOD activity, MDA content and chlorophyll content) of wheat. The results showed that handled with 30% concentration of waste battery leaching, compared with the control group, length of wheat root treated with waste battery leaching reduced 12.85%, weight decreased 13.46%, POD activity decreased 9.66%, SOD activity decreased 2%, MDA content increased 56.57%, and chlorophyll content decreased 22.85%. Handled with 75% concentration of waste battery leaching, compared with the control group, length of wheat root treated with waste battery leaching reduced 27.83%, weight decreased 36.54%, POD activity decreased 57.87%, SOD activity decreased 18.96%, MDA content increased 81.82%,and chlorophyll content decreased 79.14%. The experiment proves that waste batteries can cause serious damage to growth of wheat.

1 前言
