摘要:本文采用了双水相法来提取银杏叶中的黄酮类化合物,采用磷酸氢二钾/乙醇、硫酸铵/乙醇、聚乙二醇/硫酸铵体系与超声波辅助提取等方式,通过正交试验法优化双水相体提取银杏叶黄酮的工艺条件。并分析了黄酮类化合物在双水相体系中的分配行为。研究表明从银杏叶中提取黄酮的适宜双水相体系是乙醇/硫酸铵双水相体系,其中该体系上相中黄酮类化合物得率0.87%,占上下两相中黄酮类化合物总得率的91.8%。通过硫酸铵的质量分数,乙醇的质量分数,以及pH值的讨论。对硫酸铵,乙醇的双水相体系进行了探究,当乙醇的质量分数为35%,硫酸铵的质量分数为40%,pH为8时,乙醇与硫酸铵的双水相体系分配系数达到最高。采用L¬9(34)对超声波辅助双水相萃取法提取银杏叶中黄酮类化合物的工艺条件进行正交试验,优化提取工艺。得到优化提取条件为:料液比为1:12、超声功率为420w,超声时间为3min,温度为50℃。在此条件下黄酮类化合物的得率为0.95%,占上、下两相黄酮含量的95.66%。49180

Optimization of extraction process of Flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba leaves by aqueous two phase method
Abstract: This article adopted the potassium hydrogen phosphate/ethanol, ammonium sulfate/ethanol, polyethylene glycol (peg)/ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase separation method of extract of ginkgo biloba flavonoids, by comparing the yield of flavonoids, selecting the optimal aqueous two-phase system is optimized. Also discussed the distribution behavior of flavonoids in aqueous two-phase system, also study the ultrasonic extraction of ginkgo biloba medium yellow ketone of auxiliary function, through the orthogonal experiment to determine the optimal experiment scheme. The main contents are as follows: Research has shown that extracting flavonoids from ginkgo biloba is the best double water phase system of ethanol and ammonium sulphate aqueous two-phase system, in which the system phase, and the proportion of flavonoids was 0.87% flavonoids have to account for two phase rate of 91.84.
