摘要:肉桂精油是常见的香辛料精油,有一定的抑菌作用。而微胶囊具有缓释作用,能够延长精油的使用效果。本文研究了两种不同剂型的肉桂精油微胶囊对意大利青霉、扩展青霉的熏蒸抑菌效果。并将微胶囊用于苹果保藏,测定了其对苹果青霉病的抑制率、苹果的发病直径以及苹果相关酶活指标。结果显示,体外熏蒸抑菌试验中(in vitro),在一定范围内,对意大利青霉、扩展青霉的抑菌效果和剂量成正相关关系;9µL液体微胶囊对意大利青霉的抑制效果最好,抑菌圈可达2.63cm。苹果熏蒸保鲜试验中(in vivo),肉桂精油微胶囊能够延缓和抑制苹果青霉病的发病率,与对照全部病发相比,添加微胶囊的处理第4d的发病率均在50%左右。此外,1g固体微胶囊能够激发苹果组织的抗性;70µL和140µL的液体微胶囊均能够诱导苹果组织产生抗性。研究结果为植物精油在水果行业采后保藏应用上提供新的思路,同时也为今后微胶囊精油的商业应用提供理论依据。57673

Study on the antifungal effect of cinnamon essential oil microcapsule on two kinds of blue mold
Abstract:Cinnamon essential oil is a kind of spice essential oil, which has certain antifungal effect. The microcapsules have slow release effect and can extend the effect of essential oils. In this paper, the vapor inhibition effect of two different dosage forms of cinnamon microcapsules on Penicillium italicum, P. expansum were studied. The microcapsules were used for apple storage, and the inhibition rate, and the incidence of apple and the related enzyme activities were determined. The results showed that in vitro tests (in vitro), in a certain range, the antifungal effect of cinnamon microcapsule on P. italicum and P. expansum and the dosage of cinnamon microcapsule have a positive correlation; among them, the inhibitory effect of 9µL emulsion microcapsule on P. italicum was the best and the bacteriostatic ring up to 2.63cm.In vivo experiments (in vivo), cinnamon microcapsules could delay the apple Penicillium disease incidence; compared with the control which disease incidence was 100%, the disease incidence was about 50% with the treatment of microcapsule in 4d.In addition, the treatment of 1g solid microcapsules excited resistance of apple, and enhanced antifungal effect; 70µL and 140µL emulsion microcapsules induced resistance in apples. This study provides a new idea for the application of essential oil in fruit industry, and showed a theoretical basis for the commercial application of microcapsules.
