摘 要：硫磺熏蒸食品中产生的二氧化硫是强还原剂，能起漂白、保鲜食品的功用，能够使食品外观颜色显得白亮、艳丽。本实验主要采用二氧化硫试剂盒来快速检测人们生活中常食用的蜜饯、银耳、白糖、龙眼以及一次性卫生筷中二氧化硫的含量，结果表明：在一次性筷子、龙眼壳与果肉中检测出二氧化硫残留量的均值分别为2.4mg/kg、134.5mg/kg、22.53mg/kg，不符合我国国标GB2760-2011对一次性筷子、龙眼中二氧化硫残量的规定，因此不合格，而银耳、蜜饯、白糖中二氧化硫含量都在国标的允许范围内，是合格的。该实验方法快速、准确、简便，具有一定的实践意义。68611

Detect sulfur dioxide content of smoked foods

Abstract: Sulfur dioxide fumigation of food produced is a strong reducing agent, bleach can play the role of fresh food, you can make the food surface colors appear bright white, bright. In this study, mainly sulfur dioxide kit for rapid detection of people's lives often eat candied fruit, white fungus, sugar, longan and disposable chopsticks in the sulfur dioxide content. The results show that: Disposable chopsticks, longan shell and flesh mean sulfur dioxide residues detected were 2.4mg/kg, 134.5mg/kg, 22.53mg/kg, not in line with our national standard GB2760-2011 for longan, white fungus, disposable chopsticks residual sulfur dioxide provisions. Therefore it is not qualified. The fungus, candied fruit, sugar content of sulfur dioxide in the national standard within the allowable range, it is qualified. The experimental method is fast、accurate and rapid, it has certain practical significance.

1 前言

1.1 二氧化硫的性质
