摘 要：当今世界，经济全球化深入发展，国际竞争日趋激烈，知识越来越成为提高一个国家综合国力和国际竞争力的决定因素。我国也在新形势下提出了“优先发展教育”的口号。提到教育就离不开新课改。新课改推行至今，其倡导的基本理念不断改善、提高着我们的小学数学课堂教学。但由于各方面的原因，新理念在贯彻实施中仍存在着某些尚待改进之处。本文通过对当前小学数学课堂教学的观察与分析，重点探讨当前小学数学课堂教学仍存在的问题及原因，期待为新课标理念下的小学数学课堂教学情况得到有效改进提供可行性对策。56258

Abstract : Nowadays, as the fast development of the Economic Globalization and the fierce international competition, the knowledge has become the decisive factor of enhancing the comprehensive national strength and the international competition for any country. Affecting by this new trend, our country raised the slogan of “prior development of education”. To take action of this slogan, the government implemented the new course reform, which advocated the improvement of the basic idea of education and had been changed the math classes in elementary schools. However, because of various aspects, the new reform still exists some problems to improve while being carried out. This excerpt observes and analyzes the existing problems that lie upon math courses in elementary school. Focusing on what the "real issues" are in order to effectively fix and prevent further such problems.
