摘要本文以杭州市小学生健美操教练员为例，采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法、数据统计法等研究方法对杭州市小学生健美操教练员业务能力现状进行调查与分析。通过对教练员的教学训练能力、创新能力、人际交往能力、学习能力这四个方面进行调查研究。对所获得的数据进行对比分析，发现现今杭州市小学生健美操教练员业务能力所存在的不足：运用训练方法与手段的能力和裁判能力过弱，创新能力明显不足，高层次的科研成果较少，科研能力较弱，专业理论知识与专项技能储备不足。58208

Abstract Based on primary school aerobics coaches of Hangzhou city for an example, this paper adopts the questionnaire investigation, literature material method, interview method, mathematical statistics research methods such as primary school students in Hangzhou city aerobics coaches ability present situation investigation and analysis. Through the teaching of the coaches training ability, innovation ability, interpersonal skills, ability to learn the four aspects of research. On the data obtained were analyzed, found that today's Hangzhou, there exists the shortage of the elementary student aerobics coaches ability: ability to apply the training methods and means and the referee ability is too weak, innovation ability, a high level of scientific research is less, the scientific research ability is weak, the specialized theory knowledge and special skills, lack of reserve.
